Group pushes $5 million bond package for Land for Maine's Future program

AUGUSTA — A group of lawmakers, sporstmen, snowmobiliers and conservationists will hold a press conference at the State House today in support of a putting a $5 million state-borrowing package for the Land For Maine's Future program before voters in November.

Trudy and Jeff Campbell have been shooting auto and snowmobile races in the area since 2003. Jeff, a mini stock car owner, has full track access, and he and his wife use that benefit to get close-up photos and to shoot from inside the oval.
