 Q:  Can I add my businesses’s listing and link to the website directory?
A: Yes, but you must be a member. There are 2 types of memberships.
Membership Option #1: The Black Fly Loop prints a snowmobile trail map every 2 years. Members get a 2″ x 3″ ad PLUS a standard listing with link in the directory page of your choice. (Name of Business, Address and Phone Number. The link is the name of the business). The rate for this is $186. every 2 years.
Membership Option #2: This option is for the internet listing only and can be purchased for annual rate of $58.
Both memberships also offer unlimited posting on our website in these categories: events, snowmobile news and press releases, special offers and coupons, as well as our photo gallery.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Contact Sandi Isgro at the White Wolf Inn for Membership #1. Her number is 207-246-2922. Please remember the map is printed every 2 years. The map typically goes to the printer the first week of December.
You can sign up online at our partner site, SugarloafMaine.com for Membership #2. Payment is by PayPal.com and all major credit cards are accepted. Click here for the sign-up page. (Scroll to where the page says “PRE-SEASON SPECIAL RATES”) You will also see special rates for other area websites which may be of interest to you.
Q: How long will it take to see my business listed once I have paid?
A: Listings will be added within 48 hours of payment (except for weekends or holidays)
Q: Do you sell featured ad positions on your website?
A: Yes, please use the contact form and specify a page url and position on that page and we will send you an email with a rate quote for a featured ad.
Q: Will I get a username and password so I can post information and photos about my business?
A: Yes, once you have paid for your listing, please contact us using the online form and request a username and password. We will only email usernames and passwords to those businesses who request them.
Q: How many snowmobile maps do you print?
A: We print 5,000 maps every 2 years. They are distributed to The Maine Snowmobiler (To give out at the big snowmobile shows), chambers of commerce, snowmobile clubs, and other high traffic locations. We also give each advertiser 20 maps each year to sell or give to customers.
 Q: I am having a problem posting on the website. Can you help?
A: Yes, Please email us using the online form and we will contact you ASAP either by phone or email.
